Teens (ages 14-17)

Teen groups are educational in nature, with a focus on experiential process. Teens with any presenting concern, including anxiety, depression, challenges managing strong emotions, stress, adjusting to change, and social challenges would benefit from this group. 

Adults 

​

Adult groups are educational in nature, with a focus on experiential process. Adults with any presenting concern, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation (including anger management), stress, adjusting to life changes, and social challenges, would benefit from this group.
